This Thanksgiving, by ordering early, you allowed us to serve you and many more folks.  We streamlined our operations and hand-made the following:

almost a hundred pies,

close to 200 cups of stuffing mix and bread cubes,

somewhere near 20 dozen dinner rolls, 

cupcakes in the ten dozens,

and, cookies beyond any quantity we imagined!

Thanks for allowing us to be part of so many family celebrations.

After a much needed rest and our own celebrations, we are heading back to the kitchen for more creations!


Morning:  cinnamon rolls, bagels, muffins, scones, cinnamon apple take and bakes?  donuts?

Brunch: savory crusts for quiche? a bundt cake with fresh fruit?

Appetizers?  do you needs baguettes to slice for bruschetta? party mix? crackers (yup, really, but order these super early!)

Dinner: Stuffing mix? Rolls?

Dessert?  What can we say? A tray of assorted cookies?  Cakes, pies?  Maybe Amaretto, Gran Marnier, Cappuccino, Butter Rum, Eggnog, or Strawberry Champagne cupcake flavors???

Holiday offerings

Wow. It is almost Thanksgiving and we are moving along with our frozen take-n-bake dinner rolls, pies, stuffing mix and special orders.

Don't forget your cinnamon rolls for Thanksgiving morning and a package of our stuffing mix, formulated to hold it's form during baking and give you some texture in the final product. WOW.  Mix it with your bread cubes and vegetables to create a classic texture in your final product. 

We are working hard to supply enough pies (pumpkin and pecan), Bundt cakes (vanilla, pumpkin and lemon)  and pound cakes for you. As always, ordering early helps everyone. 

Sarah is working on new dessert flavors, including Gran Marnier, Amaretto and Cappuccino...OR how about strawberry champagne cupcakes on new Year's?   

If you are a dark chocolate lover order a flourless chocolate cake, our smaller size guarantees you won't overdo!

I hope to have take-and-bake cinnamon rolls or monkey bread for December, and I continue to work on small batches of pita and baguettes!

We now have natural dyes! Let us know well in advance for your natural red velvet cupcakes and favorite frosting colors. We can now make these!

Thanks to all of you who are cheering our production of almond based grain free products especially the butternut and pumpkin sugar free almond bread! We make those on Wednesdays and it has been a gratifying and successful new product thanks to all the patience and constructive comments from the taste testers!

We can't thank you enough for your continued business and special requests. You continue to challenge us to create old favorites and give us new ideas.

Wow, Six months!

Hello GF'ers,

We are thrilled to have now been open for six months, to have met so many of you, and to serve you.

Thanks for your continuing comments, support, and business. Based on your feedback we have reformulated our products and changed ingredients six times in our first six months. It's been challenging and, well, at times exhasting, but very rewarding. Our cake, cupcake, brownie, and cookie production is set, and our bread production is in a solid rhythm. Twelve weeks and here comes summer....

Hello GF'ers,

We are have fun with fruit. Strawberry muffins, blueberry cupcakes with lemon frosting, and cranberry orange cookies anyone? We're looking forward to producing pound cake for the fresh berries in the stores ...

Based on your feedback we have made some changes. What? Yes, we love feedback. It helps us help you. And that's why we're here. We have a new product area, called the "construction zone" where we ask for feedback on new products. Last week there were 'oreo' cookies and lemon bars in the cone zone. We were happy that all were purchased quickly and the reviews were good. Watch for these products in the front cases, or call and order them for your home. Thanks to all who participated in the tasting and feedback process!

One of the true benefits of being a small business is our ability to respond to our customers. In response to your comments, we have reformulated existing products to lower sugar, lower cholesterol, or change textures. We've eliminated corn from a majority of our products. We have changed our binders and our customers report they feel better and products taste better.

If you have not been in lately, come visit! Our hamburger and hot dog buns are ready for your grill!

Eight Weeks and Counting!

Hello to our growing community of GF'ers! It is hard to believe we've been open eight weeks.

We are working to keep up with your requests and feedback. Thank you for your creative and constructive feedback. With the advent of warmer weather we are reminded of the importance, especially in our community, of HYDRATION. To help you stay well-hydrated we have decreased our drink prices.

We have some fun new items:

Fresh cinnamon rolls every morning,

Hot dog and hamburger buns fresh every Thursday.

A new Key Lime cake!

A Margarita cupcake anyone?

During Passover we suspended our Challah baking but it resumes this Friday, April 20.

We have had a large number of requests for corn-free items and are working to replace our corn-containing ingredients.

We have heard from some of you with night shade concerns. We're not sure how extensive these are in our community. Please let us know if you'd support a night shade flour mix and related products.

We anticipate a large number of orders for Mother's Day and Graduations. Please order early to make sure we can fill your orders!! Thanks in advance.

Wow! We just opened last week on the 13th. We could not have had a bigger response! THANK YOU to all that came. You blessed us all with your excitement. We are so happy to finally be open and just talk about what we LOVE: FOOD!
